Chef Nimish Bhatia is popularly known as Chef Bhatia in the industry, the food lovers and three decades of association with Culinary/F&B Management & Leadership Management Experience in Leading World Class Hotel/Restaurants and have had progressive & challenging career. He has been a part of 25 of India’s Biggest Chefs in India, 2016.
Apart from his Global gourmet journey, he was the Corporate Executive Chef for The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group his last assignment as a functional head for eleven five star deluxe hotels, palaces, resorts, 38 restaurants, Bars Nightclubs, banqueting and also driving project hotels and pre-openings. He had been instrumental to spearhead many F&B concepts, restaurants and events. He has worked in various aspects of culinary expertise like working and managing commercial kitchens, pre opening kitchens, Facility planning, Industrial Kitchens, Hospital kitchens, Fine dining, Bulk or Banqueting, resort kitchens, Theme Kitchens, Flight Kitchens, Modern & interactive Kitchens to traditional & ethnic kitchens, organised trainings to develop chefs and operational practices, Food safety Management with HACCP and ISO 22000:2005, food cost management, even teaching culinary, his work as he translates had been a sensuous journey.
Now he is working as a consultant, hand holding F&B ventures, Hotels, Restaurants, eateries, and has successfully handled projects indigenously around the globe.
